Product Terms & Conditions
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) relating to your purchase of any of the TFW Online Courses (the “Course”) from Training For Warriors, LLC (the “Provider”).
By registering for the Course, you (the “Customer” or “You” or “Attendee”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for our Course.
Program and Purchase Details
If you are not 100% satisfied with our Course, you must notify us in writing within 7 days from the start of the Course and you must stop using your specific passwords and links to the Course immediately. You may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the first week of the Course. Once we receive your request within seven days to exit the Course, we will reimburse your tuition to the Course in full. Under no circumstances will any refund requests will be accepted or honored after 7 days from purchase. This prevents opportunity seekers from taking advantage of our continuing education and content offered as part of this Course.

To be clear: You, the Customer, alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your participation in our Course you agree not to attempt to hold us, the Provider, liable for any decisions, actions or results that you make or experience in business or in life due to your participation in this Course at any time, under any circumstance.
Confidentiality and Non-Compete
Customer hereby understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in the Course are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to the Provider and agrees not to record, duplicate, or distribute from the Course materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Provider. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary materials and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and Provider will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and security during your participation in the Course. We control this Course from offices in the United States of America. We do not represent that materials on the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
